At Prizeout Corp. (“we”, “us”, “our”), we value your trust. This Cookie Policy (“Cookie Policy”) describes how we and our service providers use cookies and other automated collection tools (collectively, “cookies”) in connection with your access and use of all websites, applications and other online products and services provided by us that link to our Privacy Policy, including www.prizeout.com (and all related subdomains) (the “Site”) and related online and offline services thereto, including our widget accessible via external sites and any services, transactions, or engagement you might have with us (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services allow consumers (“Consumers”) to withdraw funds that they have earned, won or are otherwise entitled to collect from companies with whom Prizeout has partnered (“Partners”), in the form of digital gift cards or other stored value mechanisms (“Gift Cards”) offered by a variety of retailers and brands (“Merchants”), and purchase, track, and maintain such Gift Cards. This Cookie Policy also applies to individuals who use the Services on behalf of a Partner or Merchant (“Partner or Merchant Users”) (collectively, with Consumers and visitors to the Site, “Users”).

Please carefully read this Cookie Policy, which is part of our Privacy Policy, before using our Services. If you do not agree with this Cookie Policy and/or the Privacy Policy, which is part of our Terms of Use, you must refrain from using our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to our use of your information consistent with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and this Cookie Policy. Minors (those under the age of 18 years) are not eligible to use our Services. If you are a Partner or Merchant User accessing our Partner or Merchant portals (“Portals”) pursuant to an agreement between you and Prizeout (such as a Partner Agreement or Merchant Terms of Use), then your use of the Portals and Services is also governed by such agreement(s).

COOKIE POLICY CHANGES

This Cookie Policy is subject to change. We encourage you to review this Cookie Policy frequently for any revisions or amendments. Changes to this Cookie Policy will be posted on this Site with an updated “Last Revised” date and will be effective immediately upon posting. You will be deemed to have been made aware of and have accepted the changes by your continued use of our Services.

OUR USE OF COOKIES

What are Cookies?

We may automatically collect, receive, and store certain information in connection with the actions you take on the Services and in connection with use of the Services (“Device and Usage Data”). To assist in this collection, we and our service providers may use cookies and similar tracking technologies when you use our Services, or if you engage with our email communications. For example, each time you use the Services, we automatically collect the type of web browser and operating system you use, the type of device you use, your IP address, Internet service provider, unique device identifiers, and other information in accordance with your device settings and permissions. We may also collect the pages you view, referring and exit pages, the date and time of your visit, the number of clicks to, from, and within the Services, time spent on each page, usage preferences, and search terms. We may also collect general location information (such as your city and state inferred from your IP address).

Types and Purposes of Cookies We Use

As you access the Services, we may use the following types of cookies:

  • Session Cookies: Session cookies keep track of you or your information as you move from page to page within the Services and are typically deleted once you close your browser.
  • Persistent Cookies: Persistent cookies reside on your system and allow us to customize your experience if you leave and later return to the Services. For example, persistent cookies may allow us to remember your preferences.

On the Site and parts of the Services that Consumers access, we only use strictly necessary cookies to enable your use of the Site and other Services.

On our Merchant and Partner portals (collectively, the “Portals”), we use cookies to improve the experience of the applicable Services, such as keeping track of your activities on the applicable Site, recognizing return visitors, and analyzing our promotions and Site traffic.

We use cookies for the following purposes:

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies: Strictly necessary cookies are necessary for the operation of the Services. These are cookies that facilitate our compliance with laws, allow us to verify your identity before you access restricted areas of the Services, manage our network, or keep track of user input.
  • Analytics Cookies: Analytics cookies help us understand how our Services are working and who is visiting our Site or using our Services.
  • Functional Cookies: Functional cookies enable us to provide enhanced functionality and personalization within the Services.
  • Performance Cookies: Performance cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our Services. They help us to know which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around the Site.

Currently, the Portals include third-party cookies and other tools that may result in the transmission of Device and Usage Data to the third-party provider when using the Portals, and are accessible in the cookie settings modal of the Portals. Any Device and Usage Data transferred to the third-party provider will be governed by that provider’s privacy policy, and further information regarding individual cookies can be found by clicking on them in the “Cookie Settings” modal, powered by OneTrust. The duration and type of cookie are also set forth in the cookie settings modal.
